Dr. Henry Nzekwu
Director
Dr. Henry Nzekwu is a visionary and innovative thought leader with expertise in Marketing Communications, Advertising, Strategy and Governance. His many years of consulting for the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the telecoms regulator in Nigeria, exposed him to the transformative power of digital technology.
He set up Axon Technologies Limited in 2018 as a company to help source, procure and OUR PEOPLE integrate high-end, cutting-edge technology platforms for enterprises and government agencies. With a mission to bridge the digital divide, Axon Technologies has provided services to our many bespoke clients
Dr. Nzekwu is an astute Businessman and trusted advisor to various government ministries, parastatals and corporate Nigeria with whom he maintains very strong relationships.
A Medical Doctor by training, he is a Member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, Member of the Institute of Directors and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Corporate Marketing and Management.
He owns Bridge Radio 98.7FM, a subsidiary of MessageWise Limited, and he is a trustee of Metacura Development Initiative and the Nigerian Netball Federation.
Ibrahim Dikko
Director
Mr. Ibrahim Dikko graduated with an LL.M (Commercial & Corporate Law) from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, after obtaining his LL.B from the University of Buckingham UK.
He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1990. He has worked in banking, information technology and telecommunications.
He was on the team that set up the first Discount House in Nigeria and was Chairman of FSDH Discount House (now FSDH Merchant Bank) from 2002 – 2012. He was a partner and director at Resourcery Plc. where he led business development and was a pioneer member of the team that set up EMTS Ltd (trading as Etisalat Nigeria) in 2007 where he was Vice President for Regulatory & Corporate Affairs until he left in 2017.
He currently consults independently in telecoms regulations and corporate governance. He has a keen interest in competition regulation, Fintechs, and Corporate Governance. He is an independent director on the boards of CSCS Plc., Custodian General Insurance Ltd., Comercio Partners Limited, Baker Hughes Company Limited and The Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.

His experience cuts across the telecoms and media industry, where he has worked as an expert developing IT infrastructures and telecommunication equipment in organisations that provide products and services for MNOs

With over 15 years experience spanning across the United States and West Africa, Yetunde has worked as Head of Business Development holding managerial roles across different departments. Yetunde possesses skill sets in business growth, relationship management and operational efficiency. Yetunde holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in International Business and Strategy. Yetunde is a strong and dynamic business leader with professional credentials and experience centered on reputation for delivery, strategic insights, strong analytical skills and a quest for excellence.
